Leading Edge Development Services is a General Contractor, specializing also in Property Development, Construction Management and Economic Development Consulting.  Established in 1998 and located along Hwy 105 on the east edge of Lake Mills, Leading Edge is a sister company to Lake Mills Investors.  Both are co-owned by Alan Johnson and David A. Steffens, JR.
