Leading Edge provides our own construction crew on site, all who have worked every phase of construction. Combined years of real world experience in the construction trade allow Leading Edge the ability to handle all phases of the project. From initial site preparation to final landscaping, from concrete to finish carpentry, we typically only subcontract plumbing and electrical needs. Leading Edge has the ability to get the job done with quality assurance.

Leading Edge Development Services provides Construction Management. We can work with the individual and or business to provide oversight in initial project conception and planning. Supervise the bid package as well as qualify bid proposals. Then Leading Edge can monitor onsite the project keeping the contractor and sub-contractors honest to their bid and quality work performance.
